The best thing to do is to reserve judgment until all of the facts come out. It could be that this is another financial shakedown attempt by some chick looking to get paid, and on the other hand it could be that Ben is 100% guilty. Too soon to tell, but in any case more bad news for him.

True, at the very least he's guilty of really bad judgment if he's trusting every chick he's meeting up only for them to run to the cops afterwards screaming sexual assault/rape. If nothing else, he's a dumbass.

There is a HUGE difference between the first one and this one. The first chick waited a year, and then filed a CIVIL lawsuit. If she wanted justice, she would have gone to the cops.

As for if it is worth it, the guy has shown he can win.  The O-line and the running game were not great for his last ring.  That was Ben making plays and a great D.

Jokey, stick to butchering hockey picks. You're over your ski tips on this one. Roethlisberger led the Steelers down the field for a game-winning touchdown in the Super Bowl's final moments. Brady hasn't done that. Manning hasn't done that. Breese hasn't done that. Favre hasn't done that. Rivers hasn't been there, and neither has Aaron Rodgers. Ben is a top-six-or-seven QB, if not higher.  I remember Tommy Maddox and Kordell Stewart. Ben is worth every dime he makes and every headache he's caused. Where's the run button?

True, but it further proves my point that he shouldn't be getting with chicks who obviously can't be trusted and who are turning on him after getting chummy with him. He's got a reputation to protect and he needs to use better judgment when hooking up with random women. Even if these allegations are untrue, there's a cloud of suspicion because it's he said/she said. Unless the accuser admits to lying, we'll never know for sure whether or not anything illegal happened, and his rep has to suffer because of it.

This is true. One time you have to give him the benefit of the doubt until you get solid evidence. The second time you have to be a bit more skeptical. Its a bit strange that Big Ben wanted no dudes in this V.I.P room and asked his bodyguards to stand outside the door and make sure no one gets in.
Still if this happened I'm sure they will be some kind of evidence whether its video surveillance, a witness, or some other solid evidence that proves this.

It could just be a mistake of a girl leading Ben on until he was halfway inside of her, then her telling Ben "I don't think this is a good idea." I think some of us have been there before. At that point its time to pack it away and look for something else.
