Will this video push Canada to victory or be the Kiss of Death?

LOL Rub and Tugs advertising on Youtube.

Man the Slovaks had an excellent game plan. They were playing 4 back the entire game to keep the score down and in the last 10 minutes they just let loose.

I have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow. I'm just happy Lou's in net, he saved us last night.

Should be a good game either way - the Americans have been playing excellent hockey (as a team) throughout the entire tournament, while Canada has the home ice advantage as an X Factor.  All of these players are pros and know what's at stake.  The team that gives it all and dictates the play will prevail. I've been saying all along that character and chemistry will win the tourney.  Let's see which team shows the most of it tomorrow.

I can feel the onset of the Canadian flu hitting me.  Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow before I have to go to work...  uhh   Popcorn

Other than the fail with 20 seconds left, Canada's defense played awesome this tournament.

The US really didn't get time to set up much of anything that game.

Remember at the start we were shocked cuz they picked relative no-names like Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook, Drew Doughty and Shea Weber.

Well those guys were freakin nailz. The youth really won this tournament for the Canooks.

How does Chicago not win the Stanley Cup this year with all the awesome young players they have?

Some were shocked at the D - if you FOLLOW the NHL, you wouldn't be calling any of these guys no-names b/c they have been doing it for Canada at the Worlds and the World Juniors before (not to mention that they are four top-notch defensemen).  If memory serves, I was the only person to include Dan Boyle on the list as well...

What a good game that was.  I hate to lose as much as the next person, but at least it was a good hard fought game.

Congratulations America Jr!!!!!!!!!

It was a fantastic game, with both teams playing their asses off. When the US tied it with 30 seconds left I just about shit, but you have to hand it to the youngest, most inexperienced (internationally) team in the tournament fighting back. It was a shame someone had to lose in overtime, because you could make the argument either team deserved to win. I think home ice was the only difference.

I think both Johnson's, Kane, Parise and Ryan are great players and will only get better down the road.

Team Canada had their hands full and came out with a win only by the slimmest margin. Well deserved but no where near the pleasant Sunday afternoon game a lot of us hoped to see. And what can you say about Crosby, the guy is almost ordained to do these types of things.  Kool Aid

Lastly, I'm sure like many others, we are all awaiting Jokey's take on the final. Popcorn

Congrats to Canada. They had one heck of a team. The only US Sniper who showed up in the big games was Parise. I love that Phil Kessel disappeared in typical Kessel fashion. We didn't have the depth to win this tournament. Whoda thunk that Finland would flame out like they did? Serves Kiprusoff right for allegedly saying that he would not play unless he was named Finland's starter prior to the tournament. If Backs was in goal for Finland I doubt we could have kept up with them. War Ryan Miller. Make the world a better place, punch Sidney Crosby in the face. Out.

Jokey's troll job has worn thin.  I honestly don't give a fukk about what he has to say and less than that when it's coming from Brock.

Take the preliminary victory and talk about pwning Canada all you want.  Bottom line is that it was a meaningless game and will be worth even less if the US doesn't win gold.

I'm predicting that the medals will be identical to the womens - Canada gets the gold, USA silver and Finland the bronze (then again, I've been wrong before) LOL

Kool Aid  Called my shot - only thing missing was the Crosby winner (which a predicted prior to OT at work yesterday)  Cry
