Subway Diet Rant in the takebox

Obviously I'm not an active user of these forums so forgive me if I'm doing this the wrong way--but I had to come here and request a takebox appearance for Rome's thing on the Subway Diet in the first hour yesterday (10/1). I had to pretty much stop working when that came on. Reminded me of the K-fed FAT stuff and the IHOP syrups of various colors and flavors.
